Baka Proof creates short Japanese language-learning content and provides a web publishing studio that lets eligible creators prepare, preview, and publish their own original educational videos.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must comply with the rules of any connected platform. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping login credentials secure.
3. Connected services and publishing
A connected platform may require you to approve specific permissions. Baka Proof will display the available publishing choices and will act only after the authorized user intentionally requests the action. You remain responsible for reviewing captions, media, audience settings, disclosures, and other choices before publishing.
Your use of a connected platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies. We do not control a platform's availability, review decisions, content distribution, or account enforcement.

Baka Proof's original branding, lesson designs, explanations, software, and artwork are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. By submitting content for processing or publication, you give us the limited permission needed to store, process, preview, and transmit it as you direct.

Lessons are provided for general educational purposes. Language is contextual and can vary by speaker, relationship, region, and setting. We work for accuracy but do not guarantee that every explanation is complete or suitable for every situation.
7. Availability and changes
The Service may change, pause, or discontinue. Features under testing may be unstable or restricted. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, policy compliance, or to protect the Service.
